Atrium’s client portal is fully white-labeled. Your clients see your logo, your colors, and your company name — not Atrium’s. All branding settings live in Settings → System under the Branding section.
Only owners and admins can update branding settings.

What branding applies to

Your branding settings affect:
  • The client portal at <your-atrium-domain>/portal — logo in the header and sidebar, primary and accent colors throughout the UI
  • The dashboard sidebar — your logo and company name appear there for your team as well

Updating your branding

1

Open System Settings

In the dashboard, navigate to Settings → System. Scroll to the Branding section.
2

Set your company name

Enter your company name in the Company Name field. This appears in the portal header and the dashboard sidebar.
3

Upload your logo

Click the upload area (or drag and drop a file onto it) to upload your logo.
  • Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP
  • Maximum size: 5 MB
  • The logo is displayed in the portal header and the dashboard sidebar.
Once a logo is uploaded, use the Replace button to swap it or Remove to delete it.
4

Choose your colors

Set a Primary Color and an Accent Color using the color pickers or by entering a hex value (e.g. #006b68).
  • Primary Color — used for buttons, active states, and key UI elements
  • Accent Color — used for secondary highlights and decorative elements
A live preview below the color pickers shows how your logo and colors will look together.
5

Optionally hide the logo

Check Hide logo in sidebar if you don’t have a logo ready yet or prefer a text-only header. This hides the logo in both the dashboard sidebar and the portal header, falling back to your company name.
6

Save your settings

Click Save Settings at the bottom of the form. Your branding is applied immediately — refresh the portal to see the changes.

Portal URL

Your clients access the branded portal at:
The /portal path is fixed. To serve the portal at a custom domain or subdomain (e.g. portal.agency.com), see Custom Domain.

Color format

Both color fields accept standard 6-digit hex values. Enter the # prefix:
Values outside this format are rejected by Atrium when saving.
Use your brand’s primary button color for the Primary Color field. Clients will see it on the Pay Invoice button and other call-to-action elements throughout the portal.
